This week on Nutang, contenders thaitanic and lyndeep competed in the high roller NWF battle to see who could eat a more disgusting sandwich. Both posted video evidence of the gruesome task, which can be viewed in the battle thread.

Watch them eat their gross creations! Laugh, cry, maybe throw up a little in your mouth! Vote for the one you think deserves to win! Only you can decide which member's tastebuds will have been tortured in vain...

After all this, one question remains: will more video challenges follow?

This week on Nutang, the winning favicon from ikimashokie's favicontest was finally put up! It may take a while to load, but if you wait a while you should be able to see it.

It's been quite awhile since the last update, so I will try to cover all that's happened.

Dilated was trying to decide whether to pick a school in California or New York. Members made arguments for and against each state, but it looks like none of it matters now because he was accepted into Harvard.

There is currently an NWF battle between lyndeep and thaitanic. In order to win, each member must prepare a disgusting looking sandwich and then consume said sandwich. Pictures will be required as proof. The sandwich that looks worse wins. No progress has been made in this battle as of yet, but hopefully we'll get to see something soon.

Dormanium recently returned from the dark depths of Real Life, and Zanzibar came back about a month ago from her icy adventures in Antarctica.

It has been a little quiet on Nutang lately, so feel free to say something random in the Shoutbox and get a conversation going. Remember that there are no double posts though, so check what you're saying before you submit it, and specify when replying to someone, lest this should happen:

Member 1: Bubble baths are awesome!
Member 2: We should burn down a puppy orphanage.
Member 3: I agree!

So much could have been prevented if Member 3 had just added "@Member 1" to their message!

Things are still looking grim for the revenue system, but members are trying to suggest ways to revive Nutang in the forums.

One way you can help is by inviting you friends to join.

Since the last update, we've had 8 new signups.

Due to its being unprofitable, Nutang will no longer have a revenue sharing program, starting July 31, 2009.

Nutang has had a revenue sharing program for almost four years, and hopefully things will pick up again so it can be reinstated in the future. (Tell all your friends to join!)
